RETURNS POLICY


Any goods returned which are not included in the Company’s stocked product range and have been obtained by the Company at the request of the Buyer are non-returnable.

Any goods returned without prior authorisation and valid returns note number from the Company will not be refunded. Failure to adhere with this could incur additional costs.

In respect of any stocked Goods returned where Orders are placed via email, phone, or online which have been cancelled within 14 days of receiving Goods, the Company will refund the price of the Goods in full* by way of an account credit note provided the Goods are unused, unopened & in a resaleable condition. 

Where an order has been cancelled after 14 days of receiving the stocked Goods, the Company will examine the returned Goods within a reasonable time. Where Goods are found to be defective the Company will issue a replacement or refund of the price of the Goods in full* by way of an account credit note.

Where Goods returned are found not to be defective, after 14 days, the Company reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the Price of the Goods.*

All Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (to be determined in the Company’s absolute discretion) and that the Buyer will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to the Company, costs of delivery to the Buyer (if any) will not be refunded. 

*Refunds are subject to adjustments for carriage charges appliable for minimum order value or costs of return carriage.
