However, if you do not have a credit account with us and you place an order over the telephone, we will ask you for your payment card details. These are not recorded by or held on any of our systems and are entered directly into our payment providers payment system, Stripe. We only record that you have made a payment.

All information is held in a secure manner on security-tested systems and storage in the United Kingdom.
